Operating from the capital city of New Delhi, India, Sunny International, Inc. cater to the needs of more than 500 fashion houses around the globe. When it comes to fabric, designs are developed
in-house using our own skills of composition. And, are specifically woven for
us. These exclusive fabrics are used in the manufacture of garments for
exports. In addition, the designs and styles given by Buyers are also treated
as theirs exclusively.
Manufacturing at Sunny International, Inc. follows a highly efficient and organized pattern. Designers from around the globe are called in to help the company develop patterns in-house, creating some of the best contemporary fashions & styles. The ability to predict future fashion trends is translated into a library of 6,000 swatches for the four seasons. For spring, winter, summer and autumn, a collection of high fashion styles are prepared. These are shown to buyers months in advance of the respective season to enable them to choose, modify or change the styles to suit their own clients and outlets. Obviously, orders placed are treated as confidential and exclusive. An approved style is then replicated by Sunny International, taking into account every little pleat, every little tuck, every minute detail. This parity is followed critically from batch to batch. The completed garment goes through several visual checks and is finally given the go-ahead by the quality control department. The buyer is then invited to see and inspect this finished product. This is the degree of confidence with which Sunny International, Inc. operates. |
